MAKE THE MOST OF THE SPACE YOU HAVE. The Company Description area serves multiple purposes: differentiating your business practices from other lenders, providing more detail about the loan products you provide, and telling potential borrowers what else you need from them in order to make a deal happen. Since space is limited, feel free to direct borrowers to the appropriate pages on your website.

3. ADD ALL THE SEARCH CRITERIA FOR WHICH YOU WANT TO APPEAR. Four search criteria may seem pretty high-level, but still allows you to get down to the nitty-gritty when it comes to which products you offer for what locations.
